We would love to help you out if you have a big event coming up! If you have a large order request, please email with varieties and quantities. Allow us at least 2 weeks’ notice before your event so we can look into availability for you. All delivery specifications and requests must be made directly through UPS or FedEx. You can do this easily by setting up a UPS My Choice account, which can be found here. For FedEx, you can do so here.

Please note that your order will ship in multiple boxes. To track these packages, use the tracking number provided once your package ships. When on, on the page for the provided tracking number, scroll to the bottom where it says, “packages in this shipment.” By clicking on the down arrow, you will be able to see the tracking numbers for your other packages. When on, on the tracking page, you can view “Multiple-Piece Shipment” to view other packages.

Additionally, packages may become separated during shipping and may arrive at different times.

Once your package has shipped, any inquiries regarding your package must be made through UPS or FedEx.
