All wholesale orders ship on Mondays.
ORDER CUTOFF TIME FOR MONDAY SHIPMENTS IS THE PRIOR WEDNESDAY AT 10 A.M. PACIFIC TIME. ORDERS PLACED AFTER 10 A.M. ON WEDNESDAY SHIP OUT THE 2ND FOLLOWING MONDAY.
For orders shipping to states with the EXCEPTION of AZ, CA, NM & NV:
We recommend selecting 2- or 3-Day delivery. Altman Plants cannot guarantee the health of the plants if Ground is selected, as the plants may be sitting in the box too long while in transit. Therefore, orders shipped via Ground to any state other than AZ, CA, NM & NV may be ineligible for a refund.
Altman Plants is not responsible for damage to plants by extreme weather.
This schedule gives your plants the best shot at arriving healthy at your doorstep during regular business hours instead of sitting in a dark box in a shipping warehouse over a weekend.
We do not ship outside of the 50 United States.
All orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx; We offer several options with both carriers. Ground shipping can take between 3 to 7 business days for packages to arrive, depending on location.
Shipping costs are based on order, destination, and shipping method. Your final shipping cost is calculated prior to checkout.

We only ship plants that are disease-free and of high quality. That being said, we cannot control what happens to your order during transit. If you receive damaged or incorrect plants, please contact Abby@altmanplants.com within 48 hours of delivery of your shipment. Include your order number and photos of all the damaged/incorrect plants. Please allow up to 1 full business day for us to review, and we will respond with a solution. We do not accept returns.
We will happily cancel your order if a cancellation request is received before your order is packed. Postponement, cancellation, or change requests may be subject to a restocking fee. Orders that have been packed and are ready to ship, or that have been shipped, are ineligible for cancellation or postponement.
