Delivery requests or information need to be given directly to UPS or Fedex via their websites.

All wholesale orders ship on Mondays. Please visit SHIPPING page for our schedule and cutoff times.

Refund policy

We only ship plants that are disease-free and of high quality. That being said, we cannot control what happens to your order during transit. If you receive damaged or incorrect plants, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery of your shipment. Include your order number and photos of the damaged/incorrect plants. We do not accept returns.

Altman Plants is not responsible for damage to plants by extreme weather.

For orders shipping to states with the EXCEPTION of CA, NV, AZ & NM:

We recommend selecting 2 or 3 Day delivery. Altman Plants cannot guarantee the health of the plants if Ground is selected, as the plants may be sitting in the box too long while in transit. Therefore, orders shipped via Ground to any state other than CA, NV, AZ & NM may be ineligible for a refund.

Postponement or change requests may be subject to a 50 percent restocking fee.
