Ah, wintertime in Southern California. We're not being modest when we say a rosy, blushed-to-the-brimGraptoveria‘Bashful’™ is an incredibly delightful sight, one of our favorites. This is a petite clusteringGraptopetalumxEcheveriahybrid that forms tight rosettes of chubby mint green leaves. The foliage turns rosy pink in bright light and cool weather. If you’re in an area that experiences regular frost or freezes, you’ll want to bring ‘Bashful’ inside to a spot near a window. Typically white/yellow, the flowers are occasionally a pale gold with reddish speckles, which is a common characteristic of Graptopetalum species. Great for nooks and crannies of a rock garden in frost-free areas. Otherwise, let ‘Bashful’ get cozy with other succulents in all manner of arrangements, including centerpieces, wreaths and bouquets. Graptoveria‘Bashful’ is an Altman Plants original hybrid.
